Destination Resorts Hawaii (DRH) is the largest and
oldest full service, licensed, and bonded property management
company operating exclusively in the Wailea/Makena area since 1976. In order to assist your sales and listing
efforts, we are pleased to provide you with income ranges for properties we
represent. The following is to be
considered CONFIDENTIAL and is only applicable to DRH-managed
properties.
Up to 20 percent of the units in each category were
used to establish the gross income ranges based on actuals from 2003. For your information the first quarter of
2004 appears to be slightly better than 2003, and the second quarter is well
ahead of last year at this time.
