Construction of three new homes at Maluhia at Wailea has begun, with two completed and ready for occupancy by fall and the third to be ready by early next year. Some developments come up with different names for each neighborhood; Maluhia is so exclusive that it names each individual home. Hale Mohalu and Hale Laukaha are currently available for $8.2 million, fully furnished. Hale Lani, which had been listed at $17 million, furnished, has been sold.
